Best exercises for body building

 

The following body building exercises are the best to build basic muscle mass in every major muscle group. These multi-joint exercises are great for building a lean body quickly, however merely performing each exercise will not bring fantastic results. The intensity level must be increased slowly until maximum loads are used for at least 6 repetitions. These exercises will bring body building success only if there is a constant effort to use more weight at each workout session.

 

As these make up the best body building exercises they should be included in all muscle building programs. The body should be thoroughly warmed up with some light stretching first. Then a few progressively heavier sets of each exercise before completing only ONE last set with as much weight that can be comfortably handled for at least six repetitions. One main set of each of the exercises may not seem like much of a workout but believe me once at maximum force they will yield the best body building results ever seen!

Remember you are trying to stimulate muscle growth as quickly as possible, any more is simply wasting valuable energy, nutrients and time. Progressive weight training is the key to fast body building results!
