Motivation for building muscle fast
Motivation is one of the key elements for muscle building success. Motivation is often overlooked when starting any exercise program, the enthusiasm is high in the beginning then usually wanes within a few weeks. For fast muscle building levels of motivation must remain consistently high to drive you to get down the gym and train with the necessary intensity to constantly stimulate muscle growth. Intensity is the key to build muscles fast. Exercise intensity and motivation are closely related. For example, to train we are usually driven by a thought, a feeling or a passion inside us, however to exercise at high intensity that "something" must make us push past the pain barrier at every workout. That thought or feeling will be our motivator, the reason why we train. Yes I know you want big muscles fast but why do you want big muscles? What will it bring to your life in general?
There may be a number of reasons, the list could be endless, the fact is we all have our own personal reasons! However to continue my point on motivation take a look at the list, imagine if the main reason is to "look good for your mates" do you believe motivation levels would be as high as a person who feels he needs to get big in order to feel secure? Feeling secure is a basic human need so this person would have more emotion attached to his reason for big muscles. His motivation level would likely be much greater suggesting he would train much harder, improving the muscle building results. When we understand more about why we want big muscles we can ask "are these reasons worth the effort?" I am not trying to put anyone off the idea, its important to assess where the motivation level lies at present and try to build on this if needed. Develop motivation for muscle building Research suggests a lack of results as the main factor which reduces motivation but we believe its the only real factor. Imagine if an exercise helped you build 20 inch arms within a week, would you ever give up that exercise? We want you to get great muscle building results to help encourage a deeper drive, that's why we ask you to put effort into every principle in the initial muscle building process. Muscle is easier to build during the initial stages and slows as the body gets bigger, so when you see the muscle pack onto your frame your motivation levels will spike dramatically producing more training drive to develop consistent gains in muscle mass. Remember our aim we give you the knowledge, you bring the muscle building motivation, fair deal? Do not neglect developing a higher motivation level!
