Stretching Routine for Whole Body
Below is a stretching routine which can be used as part of a warm up before weight training exercises. For safety reasons you should only perform the following stretches under the guidance of a qualified instructor. For more information about warming up before exercise read our article on warm ups here! Click on the thumbnail picture to learn how to perform the stretch.
* You should always perform a stretch under the guidance of a qualified instructor. Remember it's much safer to under stretch than to overstretch. Never overstretch a muscle during a warm up. If you feel pain or discomfort at any stage during a stretch then stop the stretch immediately!
