Why Your Mind Is The Vital Force In Making You A Body Builder!

The mind is the most powerful force in a man. It gives him purpose, propels his actions, gives him insight and understanding, makes him reasonable, in fact makes him a living thing with unique wisdom. With the mind, any ideas conceivable can be brought to reality.

The ability to achieve rests with the mind. Life is full of shortcomings and distractions, but you need to focus to be able to achieve whatever goal you deem necessary. An athlete or a muscle builder makes sure that one of the vital quality he has is the ability to move his mind to achieve his goals. He sets his mind on becoming a champion, a leader, a model, and a legend.

To achieve a well built body, you need to set some reasonable and attainable goals. Back up the goals with actions that are based on the plans you have set for it. When we have made up our mind to achieve, we allow aspiration to help us in reaching the much desired goal. Another factor that comes into play is active efforts. This is the ability to be consistent in our actions irrespective of the difficulties that we may face while trying to implement our plans.

Exercise does not make one strong. This is a notion that many people believe strongly, as funny as that may sound, the truth of the matter is that it is actually the mind that is at work. The mind convinces the body to exercise, and once exercise takes place, the body now makes the mind to function properly. In other words, the body is strong because of the force actuating the mind. Exercise is just a vehicle to strengthen the body.

Now, when I say the mind powers the body to work, do you think there is truth in that statement? You be the judge.

I think in everything in life, any success or failure comes from the person who is involved. Life and ability to succeed is all about making choices and informed decisions. Nobody will help you achieve the type of determination that you need to achieve success in your endeavour.

What does all these ramblings of mine mean to you as a prospective muscle builder? It simply mean that you need to set goals, devise plans to achieve your goals, then add consistent effort, determination and action plan to stick to your routine of exercises and dieting plan. My duty here is to alert you to these needs and the consequences if you decide not to follow it through.
